At the time of booking, we take 100% of the total. If you need to cancel, 25% of the total is non-refundable.

If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded 75% of the total rental. However, if you are due to arrive in less than 30 days, the entire rent is non-refundable. No refunds for early departures.

To protect your vacation investments, we urge you to consider travel protection insurance.

Please note that our standard cancellation policy remains in effect during hurricanes and other natural disasters.

We strongly urge all guests to purchase travel insurance that covers unexpected events, including hurricanes, tropical storms, or other natural disasters. Travel insurance can help protect your vacation investment in case weather conditions impact your plans.

We cannot offer refunds or credits outside our regular policy due to weather-related circumstances, mandatory evacuations, or closures caused by natural disasters.
