• Monthly Minimum Rentals. (No Broken Months allowed)
• 14 Days advance booking is normally required for Association approval
• Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00
• No Smoking. - $400 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
• No Pets (Strictly enforced by the Condo Association)
• No Parties.
• No Trailers.

• No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants, such as curry and fish.

• Check-out is before 10 am
