PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The prestigious Sandpearl Residences are situated directly on Clearwater Beach adjacent to the Sandpearl Resort. This top floor, 16th level, 4,400sf Penthouse occupies the full width of the East side of the building providing spectacular views in all directions through massive oversized picture windows in all rooms. Every day, every room is flooded with early morning light as the sun rises. The large balcony off the main salon has comfortable loungers and table seating for up to ten with views to the North , East and South. Separate balconies at each end provide unobstructed views to the sunsets over the beach as well as spectacular vistas to the North and south of the Barrier Island as well as to the East towards the Bay and Tampa. There are only three other units on the top floor which provides for a comfortable level of privacy.

The Sandpearl is one of the most luxurious facilities on the beach. The serenely designed resort-quality sun deck on the third floor features a forest of palm trees, an enormous pool with two shallow ends, private cabanas, a hot spa, three large grills, numerous seating and dining areas, and lush tropical landscaping all with endless views of the enchanting Gulf of Mexico. With the exception of the usual public holidays, the pool deck is generally beautifully quiet and not very busy providing lots of seating options and a high level of privacy. The pool is always maintained at a temperature in the high 80s year-round. Adjacent to the pool deck is a recreation room with TV, a dining area/work areas, a kitchen facility for entertaining, a pool table room with TV, and a large fully equipped workout room with TVs. Attached are male and female locker rooms each with lockers, showers, toilets, steam room, and sauna. The free wifi covers the entire pool deck and communal areas.  

Fresh coffee is brewed daily on the 3rd floor and there is a 24/7 concierge service. A building manager is on-site during weekdays and will give tenants an orientation tour on arrival. 

One of the main attractions of this building is the quiet seclusion of the pool deck and facilities yet it is located right in the heart of the beach life of the town. Within 15 yards of the entrance is the most popular Clearsky Cafe and Restaurant with outdoor/indoor seating serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. 20 yards to the beach and you have Tate's restaurant with beautiful indoor/outdoor seating right next to the sand where in the evening you can enjoy a drink while relaxing in sun chairs around a beach fire pit and watch the sunset. Immediately around the property are countless restaurants both formal and casual, coffee shops, bars, cigar bars, take outs, and other amenities all within walking distance. Stroll to the Clearwater Marina with it's Charter Fishing, watercraft rentals, sunset sailing trips, dining boat trips, power boat trips, dolphin sighting trips, Pirate boats and waterfront restaurants cooking the freshest catch of the day. There is no need for a car to enjoy the best of what Clearwater Beach has to offer.

The beach is cleaned and tilled every morning, making it the BEST BEACH IN FLORIDA. Brilliant white, soft sand! The beach is busy to the South and quiet to the North! 

Beach chairs, loungers, and umbrellas are available for rent nearby. Beach parasailing, jetski, kayak, and water sport rentals can be rented on the beach right in front of the property.

This spectacular condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation. 

This Penthouse retreat is very large and spacious with 9.5ft ceilings throughout, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, and massive picture windows in every room you will never miss a sunrise or sunset over the glistening waters. Every night can be a game night with your very own pool table, shuffleboard, and dartboard right in the condo's 28ft x 42ft main salon reception room that opens up to a 28ft x 12ft balcony with panoramic views. It is impossible to have a dull moment during your stay at this stunning property. 

This large 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom condo provides ample space for a large family or multiple vacationing couples. Every bedroom is bright and has beautiful open water views in every direction. 

The Master suite has king size bed, flat-screen TV, a huge walk-in closet, and an adjoining sitting room leading to a private balcony overlooking the beach to the North and the adjacent Sandpearl Hotel. Observe boats, dolphins, water activities, passing cars, restaurants, and bars 16 stories below you. Bathe like royalty in the large tub in the attached master bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, double vanity, and a private lavatory. 

The first guest bedroom also has a king size bed and a large private balcony with a breathtaking southern overlook of the beach, gulf of Mexico Pier 60, and the bay. The attached bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

The second guest bedroom has 3 twin beds two of which can be configured as a King bed, a large bathroom with a shower, and ample closet space.

The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, a closet, and a large panoramic window with views to the East. 

The large kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, abundant storage space, and stainless steel appliances. An elegant Hi-top dining table with seating for eight is in the attached eating area with a waterfront view. In addition, there is a separate bar area with a sink, glass cabinets, and wine fridge. 

 The condo has a spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is plenty of storage space for cleaning supplies and a large sink. 

Please note that the adjacent Sandpearl Hotel Resort pool is only for the use of the hotel guests but the hotel has many dining and resort facilities open to the public.

Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00 application fee after booking has been approved.
