How to book your next vacation with Florida Beach Rentals
Florida Beach Rentals allows the traveler to book either online or by phone. Our office is open 7 days/week from 9am to 9pm and we are always ready to receive calls to answer questions and book properties.
If you aren’t a computer person or just want some local advice on what property would be right for your needs, call 727-288-2020 and our knowledge and friendly staff will find you the perfect vacation rental to ensure your satisfaction for your next vacation.
If you are looking to book and search online for yourself, follow the guide below to better understand the process of booking online.
Make sure you use our website: Book Direct and Save $$
We advertise our properties on other major websites, but you can book the same property for typically 10% less by booking directly through our company. So book direct and save!
1. Using the Search Bar
Type in the desired city...
Select the dates of your vacation...
Select the number of guests in your party...
Click Search!
On the results page, properties appear on the right that match your criteria in the blue and green boxes. You may refine this search using the gray box on the left side of the screen.
When you find a property that is interesting, click it!
2. Property Details Page
The left side of the page shows pictures of the unit, a Google map of the location, details, and any current extra discounted deals available.
The right side of the page allows you to book directly on the website, inquire about the property by email, or call our office directly to speak with our staff.
3. Book!
Book the property to ensure nobody steals you vacation! You can either book directly from the property details page by clicking the “Book online” button or by calling our office at 727-288-2020 and having our friendly staff get it booked for you.
Start packing because you are about to be on vacation!
Rental Details
Rentals are subject to approval by unit owners, but don’t worry, Florida Beach Rentals will help you by gathering all the necessary information. You will need to provide the number in your party, names and ages of those who will be visiting, and a credit card number for the deposit. Deposits are not refundable unless your time slot can be rented to someone else, so be sure to let us know in advance if your plans change.
Check in is at 4PM.
Check out is 10AM.
Although most of our tenants report trouble-free accommodations, feel free to call the office if problems occur. The Florida Beach Rentals staff will be glad to help you.
