Right on the inter- coastal water, almost feels like you are on a boat. A short 2.5 to 3 block walk to the white sands of Clearwater Beach. A short 4 block walk to the many beach restaurants and bars. Yet this unit is peaceful and quiet. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath had a recent remodel, including carpet and paint. In addition, the back porch was rehabbed to provide the maximum in view of the inter-coastal waterway, just outside your back door. On the other side of the condo is the pool for this complex.
The master bedroom features a queen bed with en-suite bath and walk-in closet. The other bedroom also has a queen bed. There are TVs in both bedrooms along with a TV in the living area.
The kitchen is open to the dining and living area separated by a counter. Sliders lead out from the unit to a covered porch. Outside of the porch is a brick patio with the water just beyond. Imagine fishing just out your back door!
Enjoy the view from your patio in the morning and then three short blocks away is the white sand of Clearwater Beach. Come stay with us and treat yourself to some relaxation on one of the top tourist destinations on the Gulf Coast of Florida, Clearwater Beach!

Bedroom 1 - One queen bed, windows face south towards the water. Walk-in closet. Direct access to the full bath with tile shower. 20 inch tube TV.
Bedroom 2 - One queen bed. Windows look onto the pool area. Half bath/laundry room directly across the hall with pedestal sink and toilet.
Kitchen - Formica counter tops. Window above the sink faces towards the water. Small breakfast bar separates the kitchen area from the dining.
Dining - Table seats 4. Another large table is located on the covered patio. Ceiling fan with lights.
Living - Seating for 8, with two couches and two chairs. 27 inch Tube TV. View of the intra-coastal waterway.
Covered Porch - Seating for 6 with a large table and another small table. Brick patio just beyond the half wall. Seawall is just past the patio.
General Unit Amenities - Central Heat and cooling. Wireless internet. Cable TV with TVs in both bedrooms. Pool is not heated but open May through September. Off street parking provided. Long distance calls within the US and to Canada included. 3 Fishing Poles On Site for Tenants to Use

Activities and Attractions
Only a 5 minute walk to the white sands of Clearwater Beach. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Jolly Trolly will take you to Island Estates for grocery shopping.
The Clearwater Aquarium, a dolphin and sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation center, home to Winter the Dolphin is also located on Island Estates.
An easy 40 minute drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa and the Disney World complex in Orlando is only a 90 minute drive.
