Usage of 27'' private boat slip is included with this rental (not suitable for jet skis). You are minutes to the gulf by water and right across the street by walking. Restaurants, marina, night spots and Pier 60 are all easy walking distance... and the gorgeous white sandy beach goes on for miles!
