Tommy Bahama inspired ocean-side condominium puts you steps away to the white sands of Clearwater Beach. There is no need to cross the street to hit the sand! Clearwater Beach is known for its fine, white sugar sand and pristine beauty. The beach here is quiet, scenic, and clean; great for sunbathing, walking, running, quiet evening strolls, and watching spectacular sunsets.

This first floor, walk-up, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium was completely refurnished with brand-new furniture. It is located on a quiet beach block in an eight-unit building. There is reserved, covered parking as well as guest parking.
The condo can sleep 6-7 with a King bed, two full beds, and a queen pull-out sofa. Basic cable is provided with TVs in all bedrooms and in the living area. Wireless high speed internet is also provided.
You are just a ten-minute walk to all the action around Clearwater Beach Pier and the seasonal, free, nightly entertainment and music at the pier.
You are 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and close to all the great beach restaurants, shops, and attractions, including 90 minutes to Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World and two hours to Kennedy Space Center. Busch Gardens (amusement park), Adventure Island (water park), and Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa are just 40 minutes away.
