No need to call countless owners to find out what is available and the prices. Just follow these easy steps. Only properties that are available will be displayed.
- Step 1. Put in your arrival and departure dates.
- Step 2. Add the number of people
- Step 3. If you want, you can add specific requirements, such as bedrooms, location and pets. This is not required but will narrow the results.
- Step 4. Click on "Show Listings". The properties that are available for your dates will be displayed from highest to lowest price.
- Step 5. Click on the name of any property to see a full page description with 10 pictures.
- Step 6. To book that unit hit the "Back" Button
- Step 7. Then click on the "Book on-line" button to book the room.
- Step 8. Input your information and submit it
- Step 9. You will receive a first email stating we have received your booking request and it is pending owner approval .
- Step 10. You will receive a second email stating the booking has been approved and instructions on where to pick up keys will be included. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of approval.
- Step 11. Come to Florida and enjoy your vacation!!
I can't find any beachfront rentals?
Most of the Clearwater Beach rentals on the sand are weekly minimums. So your search must be 7 nights if you want a place directly on the sand.
I only get a few properties to choose from, how do I get more choices?
To maximize your search results just put in your arrival and departure date. Leave the rest of the selections at their default values and hit “Show Listings.” This will give you all of the properties available.
The prices are too high?
The site sorts the results from highest to lowest price. If you are looking for a budget vacation start from the last page.
How long until I get approved?Most properties will have approval within 24 hours. The actual time depends on the owner and their responsiveness.
What if I have to cancel?
The cancellation policy is as follows: A 25% deposit is required on all rentals at the time of booking. Although the deposit is non-refundable, should you need to CHANGE your reservation we will be happy to oblige if we have availability. Should you need to CANCEL your reservation we will be happy to refund your deposit if we are able to re-book the room/unit. NO REFUNDS for early departure and/or eviction.
Can we bring our pets?
Some units are pet friendly and depend upon the unit and the condo rules. The units where pets are allowed can be found by checking the “Pets” button on the home page before hitting "Show Listings." You can also call us for unadvertised owners who may accept smaller pets. All pets need to be approved by the owner.
How many people can stay at the rental?
The number of people is determined by the number of beds the unit can sleep. Our policy is as follows:
Units are rented under the guidelines that there will not be more people in the unit than allowed as stated on the website. If there are more people than allowed, this could result in immediate eviction and/or an extra cleaning/damage fee of up to $500.

What if I arrive after hours?
Please let us know your approximate arrival time. Note our new address – 516 Mandalay Ave, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767 immediately after the Sandpearl Resort (just north of Sandpearl).
If you will be arriving after 5:00pm, there will be an envelope left for you in the metal mailbox to the right of our back door (turn west on Ambler, right after the Sandpearl, go into the first parking area on right). The envelope will include your instructions, a map and keys for the unit. It is your responsibility to come back to the office to pay your account balance the following day or we will automatically charge your credit card account.

How do I check-in?

Guests arriving prior to 4:00 p.m. cannot be guaranteed occupancy. In some cases we may be able to let you into your room early if it is ready, but this is not guaranteed. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.
Can I check out late?
Late check-out may be available (but not guaranteed) for an additional charge. Please check with our office for late check-out availability. An additional charge could be added for non-approved late check outs.
How do I check-out?
Please return your keys back to our office at check out time. If we are not open, keys may be left at our new office at 516 Mandalay Ave in the metal mailbox to the right of our back door (turn west on Ambler, right after the Sandpearl, go into the first parking area on right).
What if I lose my keys?
Come to the office and we can give you an additional key. The charge for unreturned keys is $5.00.
What if I have a problem after office hours?
In case of emergency, you may reach us after hours at 727 447-3529. Please leave a message if there is no answer. Please call back within 10 - 15 minutes if there is no response.
Can I smoke in the rental unit?
NO SMOKING POLICY: All rooms/units are non-smoking. There will be a minimum $100.00 cleaning fee taken from the damage deposit if this rule is broken. Smoking is permitted outside only.
What if we break something?
Damage Deposits: We can place a hold on your credit card for the damage deposit. The normal amount to be held is $500 for rooms under $1500 and $1000 for rooms over $1000. Most rooms/units have cleaning fees built in, however if the room/unit is left in disarray, an additional cleaning fee can be charged to the damage deposit. Missing/stolen items from the rooms/units will be replaced and charged to the damage deposit.

What happens with my personal info?
At Florida Beach Rentals, we take extra care to ensure the personal information you provide us is safe, secure and protected. This means your credit card number and personal information are transferred to our server using highly secured encryption that prevents anyone else on the internet from intercepting your information. Therefore, doing business over the web is as secure as booking by phone. All personal information is kept confidential and only used to supply you with the best possible service. We may, however, email you with vacation specials from time to time. We will never sell your email address or spam you.
Who is our rental agreement with?
Once your booking is approved, you have a rental agreement with the owner. You agree that FBR will not be held responsible for cancellations. We reserve the right to substitute your reservation with another room/unit in the event of circumstances beyond our control. We have described the rental in detail to the best of our ability, but we cannot make the decision for you, and will not be responsible if you are not happy with your choice upon arrival. The rent will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another location.
